Go to Settings -> Options -> Under the hood, and enable both SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0.
If that's not working then :
Find out the installation directory of chrome, most probably it will be under c:\Program Files.
Copy this path and open/run cmd.exe by typing it in the "Start" typebox. (you know how to, don't you?)
In the “black box”, you would have to type the following
if you do an dir chrome.exe you should find it there
next type chrom.exe –allow-ssl-mitm-proxies
It should work :)
