For Windows 7,you want Windows Live Movie Maker - http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mov...

For XP you want Windows Movie Maker - http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downl...

To get that you have download Windows Service Pack 2 (SP2),either by turning on Automatic Updates or by going to Microsoft Download Center.Your computer should already have SP2 i`m thinking.
