some quick specs:

512gb SSD

2x 2tb 7200rpm HDD

Intel Core i7 Hexa Core 3930k

16gb (4x4gb) DDR3 RAM

Asus P9X79 Pro MoBo

Antec 1200 V3 Case

2x AMD Radeon HD 6950 GPU(dual monitor setup)

1000w Cooler Master Silent Pro PSU

Pioneer Blu Ray/DVD/CD Drive

CPU Cooler is a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus(I have another fan to go with it)

then I have the cables for OEM drives, Thermal Paste etc. 2.5 inch drive adapter,

I'm building this as a job, and this is what she wanted for her business, but will it fly by? She originally wanted 32gbs of RAM and I said hella no! And she wanted a H100 CPU cooler, but I said no to that due to the risk of leaking and destroying her build. Is this a nice setup? This is for her own small business.

Yes and no. The processor, Ram, Mobo, Case, PSU, and Everything but the cards are great. If I were you, I would look into the NVidia Quadro series, they are built for workstation graphics. ( Would look into the K5000, the 5000, the 6000, or the 4000. But you can do what you want, right?)
