The Brightest Whites Are All Red, How Can This Picture Software Defect Be Solved?

Postby Duardo » Tue Sep 12, 2017 1:38 am

I have updated to the lastest version of AcDsee Pro (8.0) but I STILL have this software issue on my computer. It has Windows XP and the other picture viewer, the windows one works fine. I had thought it was the OLDER version of AcDsee that was the problem before updating it and seeing the whites are still showing up red.

Is it a codec, or a patch, or debugger I need? What is this?! I do not have this problem on my other, newer computer. ACDsee works great there and it's the same software version.

Most likely it is your video card, driver, your display or a combination of the three.

Rendering pictures from graphic design software with low end computer graphics can get strange results.
