First of all, disintegrate the addons or searchboxes Babylon added to your browsers. If you uninstall it first, you might have a problem in removing the searchboxes and addons.

In Chrome, Type "chrome://settings/searchEngines" in the address bar without quotes and press enter. In the settings box that opens, hover on any babylon related dearch provided, and on the right you'll see a cross 'X' button. Click on it to remove the search permanently.

again, type "chrome://extensions" in the address bar without quotes, and you'll see the extensions installed in ur browser. If there's any extension related to Babylon, click on the dustbin icon in the right to remove the extensio permanently.

again, babylon might have set their website as the homepage. type "chrome://settings" in the address bar without quotes, and in the 'on startup' section, check 'Open a specific page or set of pages' and click on 'Set Pages'. Remove any Babylon related address and enter whatever you need (everybody uses google these days'

Similarly, in firefox, open the Options and in general tab, change the homepage. In the Seach toolbox, click the pull down arrow, click on Manage Search providers, and remove the baylon search toolbar. Open the addons manager (Firefox button -> Addons) and remove any babylon related addon by clicking 'Disable'

On the left pane, click on extensions and in the extensions list, remove any of the extensions related to babylon.

Process is similar for other browsers as well. And then Uninstall Babylon related programs by Opening the control panel and clicking on "Programs and features" icon (in windows 7) or " add or remove a program" (in xp)
