I Am Planning To Buy A Dslr Camera?

For the budget you have, you can get very good camcorders

Since you make no mention of why you are choosing a dSLR over a camcorder, it is pretty difficult for us to really understand you

If it must be a dSLR, I quite agree with the suggestion above me - the Sony SLT's excel in video's

Try looking at some reviews.

Sony's SLTs are good, but Canon and Nikon have some good entry-level options too.

See here for a pick of the best and a selection of detailed reviews: http://www.digitalversus.com/digital-camera/buyer-s-guide-best-slr-cameras-a731.html

The newer Nikon DSLR are priced in your range, look for a complete package, possibly on sale July 4. Check out pro guide web sites to see features that you will need or can do without for example I like www.steves-digicams.com/

If you MUST use a stills camera for video (not really recommended - camcorders are still vastly superior) Sony's A-series SLTs are far better than any DSLR.
