Ok a spider I named phil moved into the corner of the bathroom window. He lived there for months in a little web. One day he left out the window for a few days, probably to hunt as there wasn't many flies. Anyways a few days later he came back through the window back into his little crevace.

I'm running Windows 98 on VirtualBox in Windows 7.

I'd like to create a folder that kind bridges the two worlds. In otherwords if there's anything I want the Windows 98 to access, I can just throw into that box from Windows 7. Why Are Old Websites Not "full Width" Like Most Modern Ones?

Is it really much harder to make full width wordpress themes and websites that are full screen width as opposed to 960px versions?

What is the main reason that websites weren't always the full width of the screen? Even with a homepage slider if it's full width they really emphasis that point as if it's much more difficult to make them?

Thanks just really curious.
