Yes It's 100% compatible for vista.

Yes it is, but you have to download a converter for office XP.

Stop listening to negative comments. Vista is the way forward is absolutely the best operating system once you get to know it. Both operating system Vista and Office are Microsoft products so of course are completely compatible with each other.
