Simple answer - you can't. If you are going to install you need to create a boot-disc. The only other option would be to run it in a"virtual environment" (using the likes of VMware), - there you could mount the disc-image on a virtual drive to perform the install.

Just be aware that as with any other OS, you will not get the best performance running it this way.
