How To Fix Slow Fps Problem With World Of Warcraft?

i dont know why it runs slow i just messed with my graphics settings a little but reset it to the defaults because i didnt like it so idk if you can help me or not cuz i want it to be running at the max fps and i also have it running on the 32bit client. but it is a 64 bit comp

The problem is your Mobility Radeon 4200. It's pretty much the bare minimum just to run Windows. It won't manage games at any kind of playable level really. You can try to lower your settings and maybe the game will run well enough but I think you need a new computer at this point.
