How Can I Permanently Disable Screensaver In Windows Xp For Only One Specific Program?

Postby Adalbert » Wed Sep 27, 2017 11:29 am

I have one older DOS-program that runs fine under XP, except when it is interrupted by a screensaver it comes back with a much higher speed! Now, when you check the property files of programs in XP the position "enable screensaver" is by default NOT check-marked in any file! However, the screensaver comes up anyway. How can I disable screensaver, but only for this single program?

go to control panel hit apperance and themes hit

apperance nd themes and hit choose a screen saver

and on the arrow run it to none and that will stop your

screen saver then hit power and make the all none then

advanced should be shut down and bottom hit stand by

if any other screen saver dos'ent work run the number to 400

before it starts screen saver but hitting it to none you won't
