Help With Microsoft Office 2010 When Upgrading To Windows 7?

Well, if you're directly upgrading it, you'll still have it. But if you clean install, then you'll have to reinstall the Office 2010, then put in the product key that came with the software. It has to be the same suite that you purchased (since the product key only works for a specific suite).

Good luck!

Agree with above. As long as you have your license key you should be able to uninstall and re install. The only thing I would add is that if you are doing a clean install and not an upgrade, uninstall Office First. That way it registers that the license is no longer in use. If you have any issues at all during re install, call Microsoft and they will help you as long as your key is valid, just explain situation.
