Help I Had Ice Cream On My Diet?

I had 2 scoops of dairy free vanilla sorbet and i feel really bad everything was going so well

i had

breakfast: 2 boiled egg whites, broccoli and 5 cherry tomatoes

Snack: grapes, and blackberries

Lunch: A banana and 2 small blocks of dark chocolate

Dinner: 1 boiled chicken with lots and lots of mixed vegetables

And then i had the vanilla sorbet and i feel really bad, could i gain weight from this??? :/

Don't worry, I cheat alllllllll the time. Almost as if I had no diet. I will down an entire pizza and go to sleep and won't gain more then .10 of a lb.

Hunny no way! That is still a lot less than you should be eating. That doesn't sound like a diet; it sounds like starvation! Please try and eat a little more or you could get ill; stay safe :)

That is totally fine you can treat your self once in a while you do know that...you still need some sort of fat in your diet :)

Don't worry! I heard it's actually good to cheat sometimes.
It takes 3500 calories to gain a pound so you're fine!
