Computer Hardware Compatibility Help...?

Postby Heardind » Thu Oct 05, 2017 1:38 pm

Hi everyone. I'm am currently looking to buy a new Graphics Card for my computer. I have found one that a friend has suggested to me, I also understand that I need a new PSU for the upgrade. Below I am going to list what I have currently, and what I am planning to get. If someone could please tell me if these are compatible and if I will be able to put these in with ease. Also, if not, what would you suggest. I am basing this on a £300 budget. Thanks.

Current Specs:

CPU -- AMD Athlon II X3 450 3.20GHz (4th core not unlocked yet)

RAM -- 4GB (I don't feel models are important for this.)

MOBO -- Asus M4A78LT-M

Looking to buy:

GPU -- http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-11199-00-20G-HD7870-GDDR5-Graphics/dp/B007MUJL2E/ref=dp_return_1?ie=UTF8&n=340831031&s=computers

PSU --

Thanks for any help you may be able to give.
