Can I Install Mac Os X On Virtualbox ?

Usually not, since most "virtualbox" or any other VM software does not support the base image of Apple's OSX. Some people have had success with a BSD kernel I think...

The issue is Apple makes sure most virtual software does not include Apple's kernel.

That all said, check the internet for "Hackintosh", there are many forums that may have people that have tried this already. You will get better suggestions from those forums (from people who work with this all the time)

EDIT: reading your specs, your Win8 is not very powerful, low ram, slow processor, etc. You may have problems running Virtualbox in the first place, let alone any OSX.
