App For Ios Or Android.....?

Not sure what "news" Carling refers to but with no actual sales figures from Android brands (unlike Apple who announce their figures quarterly) anyone can make up their own numbers and they will probably be wrong. Note: "shipped" does not equal sold.

If you look at actual figures you can easily see the huge discrepancy between iOS and everyone else...

You develop an app for iOS and then try and port it to some Android devices; but that is an increasingly messed up and fragmented option so you basically concentrate on Samsung, HTC and Kindle Fire type devices and ignore the rest - or risk losing your sanity.

That is a good question. The brief answer is quite often something you believe extra secure constructing for. Causes to go with iOS: In my observations, an iOS app is commonly made first. Well truely, ordinarily a primary variant is just an HTML5 app which will with ease used in the shell of an app on both structures (with a lack of efficiency). For native apps, you simplest have got to take into account compatibility with a small quantity of similar devices (iPhone 4s and 5, iPod contact 4 and 5, and iPad/Mini). I do feel that there is a little bit extra iOS instruments in use in line with internet analytics application (possibly 60 to 40 percentage). Factors to head with Android: it is free, no developer account wanted, convenient for any one to do it no matter if in case you have a Mac or even a bodily Android gadget (though emulators are sluggish) or not.
